Throughout my life I have been fighting a tough battle with self-confidence & body image, not being able to accept my body and thinking that the way my body looks defines who I am. Now I can proudly say I am not only happy with my body image, but I get to help clients build their mind and body simultaneously so they feel confident in their own skin.
I specialise in tailored 1-1 online & in person: personal training, to build the body & also mindset. Training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed. I will be your trainer & hype woman all in one! Giving you motivation, commitment & knowledge. Whether you're aiming to build strength, endurance or enhance your overall health, my supportive approach will ensure you stay empowered throughout your fitness journey with me!
